1. Booking and Payment

All reservations require a deposit as outlined in our payment schedule. Payment is accepted via ACH transfer only. Full payment confirms your reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before February 1, 2026 will forfeit the deposit amount. Cancellations made on or after February 1, 2026 are non-refundable. Please see our Cancellation Policy page for full details.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with the spirit of the Pesach holiday. The resort and Shefa reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.

4. Kashrut

All food and beverages on the premises are under strict rabbinical supervision. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in event spaces.

5. Liability

Shefa and the resort are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We recommend appropriate travel insurance.

6. Guest Agreement

Upon registration, all guests will be required to review and sign a comprehensive Guest Agreement covering additional terms including liability waivers and event policies.

7. Changes to Programming

Shefa reserves the right to modify programming, speakers, and activities as needed. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives.
