Cancellation Terms
Before February 1, 2026
Cancellations made before February 1, 2026 will forfeit the deposit amount. Any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded.
February 1, 2026 and After
Cancellations made on or after February 1, 2026 are non-refundable. The full amount paid is forfeited.
Important Notes
- •All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@shefa.food.
- •The cancellation date is determined by when we receive your written notice.
- •We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
- •Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
Modifications
Requests to modify your reservation (such as room type changes or guest additions) should be submitted to info@shefa.food. Changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
